My Take away Points- Qualities a librarian should have to be an acdemic leader of our school,How to migrate from eG3 to eG4 and Tips on blogging on wordpress.com
Got to know the Leader's Quality of Librarian. A hardworking leader with a strong understanding of all areas of academic. Different types of leadership and also got to know about the duties performed by Librarian as Leader.
After that a fruitful session was about Work, Balance & Ethics. Thru this I learnt about to maintain the balance amonst work, family, friends, own passion and moreover myself.
In E-Granthalaya session Sunil Sir solved our some practical problems of e-Granthalaya-3.0 and discussed the features of e-Granthalaya-4.
At last another fruitful and very important session was Library Blog in Wordpress by Faisal Sir. Usually I confused to update my Library Blog and so many querries also. But in this session I also got to solve my basic problems of Library Blog.
IN - SERVICE COURSE : DAY-2, 17 JANUARY 2023
Morning Session 1: Library Guidelines & procedural manual
Different aspects of Library Guidelines and the importance of these guidelines and the impact of these guidelines in KVS with the main stakeholders is very much interesting first session. It was lively and interactive with so many usseful doubt clearing moments with respect to KVS Library manual such as Budget allocation to language books, Primary Class Libraries, Computers to be made available in the Library and so on. Interesting thing to know was the concept of Vidyanidhi, a governement initiative.
I learned why safe and secure learning is very much necessary and different articles such as Article 14, Article 15(3), Article 21, Article 21 A, Article 23 & 24, Article 39 E & 39 F, Article 46, Article 47 and Article 51 A (E). Also understood the concept of Psycho Social safety.
This was one of the most amazing sessions where I could learn the easiest way of creating a Blog and using it to create e-Portfolio. Pages Creation, Post Creation and how to create labels and how to add Scrolling images and words with different syntax and little bit of HTML Coding used in the creation of a blog was really very useful session.
This session was useful to learn practically the creation of our e-Portfolio using Blogger Tool and to experiment with what we have learned in the previous session.

Morning Session
The day was started with Morning Assembly followed by lighting of lamp by Sh. Mukesh Kumar ,honourable Deputy Commissioner , KVS ZIET CHD.
Objectives of the course were discussed by Shri. Sunil Saini, Course Coordinator.
Afternoon Session
Group Formation, Committee Formation , Assignment of group and Individual demo topics were given to all the Participants.
Evening Session
Session on How to create Digital Portfolio by Sh. S L Faisal , Resource Person of the Course
My Take away points- how to apply digital portfolio to keep our work records and to keep students reading records on regular basis.
